1st Class Cuisine provides Catering for any occasion, from a BBQ to  providing a three-course meal and evening buffet for your Wedding day.

Owned and operated by a fully trained Chef with over nineteen years experience in the catering sector. We aim to provide a personal service that will take the stress out of organising your special event and provide your guests with food they'll enjoy.  We have a team of dedicated & friendly staff.

We are based in the Milton Keynes area and mainly cover Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

All prices on this site are for functions within a 30 mile radius of Milton Keynes, we can travel further a field if required, just ask for a quote.

More than Caterers, we can source venues, supply mobile bars, discos, marquees, provide wedding planning.  Event planning and venue management services are provided by 1st Class Venues and Events.

Finger Buffets from £6.95 per head

We currently boast fifteen different buffet menus ranging from the simple to the exotic, prices start at £6.95 to £21.95 a head. Alternatively if you already have ideas for your special occasion then call us to discuss you requirements. Read more about Finger Buffets

Fork Buffets from £19.95 per head

All Cold Fork Buffets include Crockery and Kings Cutlery, paper napkins,  buffet table will be dressed in linen. The buffet table will have staff on hand to carve meats, serve food and maintain the buffet table. Read more about Fork Buffets

Sit Down Meals From £24.95 per head

For that special event we can provide a range of starters, mains and desserts that will compliment each other and take the stress out of organising that special occasion. Dinner Parties

Marquees

Marquees can provide you the customer with the ideal venue, you get to choose the time and place of your event and also the size of the venue, they can avoid the need to spend your weekends looking for that special venue, only to find its booked. Champagne receptions, Table drinks and Mobile bars

1st Class can offer a range of options to suit any occasion,  We can even supply a mobile bar at no extra charge when ordered as part of a catering function for 50 or more, No set up fee or staff charges. Serving a range of draught beers, lagers, wine, spirits and soft drinks all at pub prices. We'll even sort out the drinks license. You also have the option of providing pre-paid drinks for your guests. Click here to read more.

Catering Packages
We have a range a packages to take the guest work out of organising your function and give you a single point of contact to make planning it easier, mainly designed for weddings but they can be applied to any type of function. We have put together three packages aimed at different budgets and venue types which will offer you a fixed priced for 100 guests.

Booking

We can cater for weekday functions eg lunch time buffets for business meetings, training courses & funerals generally with a days notice.  BBQs, Canapé Parties, Dinner Parties and Garden Parties, Evening buffets etc can be catered for with as little as 2 days notice although it pays to book ahead.  Larger functions require at least two weeks notice. We have catered for weddings in the past with as little as two weeks notice, and at the other end of the scale we currently have bookings for two years in advance. Generally it pays to give as much notice as you reasonably can.  Please contact us for late date availability, bookings are currently being taken for 2010, 2011 & 2012.
