1st Class Cuisine is a friendly family run outside catering company , due to an increase in business we are looking for additional staff.
All positions are part time, mainly weekends with the occasional mid week functions.
Functions range from Canapé parties, BBQ's, Weddings, Motorsport events and Corporate events.
In general we are looking for staff who are polite, well presented, flexible and most importantly care about their work. 

Waiting Staff   

The Waiting staff form a key part of any function, they are the face of the company, liaising directly with customers. Read our feedback page and you'll see that customers appreciate polite friendly staff who provide great service.

• Experience preferred but not essential, training will be given.

Chef

Working as part of a team you will be required to work in sometimes challenging environments to tight deadlines. Functions range from Village halls to Stately homes, some with full kitchens, others within a marquee working with limited facilities. Covers - three course meals normally around the100 mark but sometimes up to 250, hot buffet style up to 600 and BBQs up to 1200

Key points

• Passionate about food and takes pride in their work
• Level 2 Hygiene or above
• NVQ or Equivalent Qualifications
• Experience preferred however supplementary training can be given
• Able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, Reliable with neat appearance
• Be willing to travel
• Own Transport would be an advantage
  
• Able to work on own initiative, but also work well as part of a team and follow orders.
• Willingness to work in different environments - marquees, village halls, etc.
