1st Class Cuisine are outside caterers, a family run company providing catering to both personal and corporate customers. We provide a personal service that will take the stress out of organising your special event and provide your guests with high quality food they'll enjoy. We have a team of dedicated, experienced & friendly staff who will ensure your event goes to plan.

1st Class Cuisine provides catering for any occasion, from a garden party bbq to wedding receptions and major corporate events.

Originally based in the Milton Keynes area 1st Class Cuisine has expanded and now provides catering for Bedford, Buckingham, Bicester, Cambridge, Corby, Huntingdon, Northampton, Peterborough, Rushden, St Neots, St Albans, Wellingborough and the surrounding counties - see area Map for more details. Prices quoted for catering are for functions within this area, however we can travel further a field if required.

More than Caterers, 1st Class can recommend venues, supply mobile bars, discos & marquees. We also provide event planning for weddings, corporate and personal customers. If you own a venue we can promote it free of charge see venue management.

Wedding Catering

Your Wedding day is one of the most important days in your life, as experienced wedding caterers we understand this. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal service and will work with you to create a wedding breakfast menu for your guests that they will enjoy and ensure that your wedding reception will run smoothly. Prices for wedding breakfasts are the same as our standard menus, we don't charge a premium for wedding catering. Bookings 2012 and 2013 now being taken. Two Course / Three Course Menus

For that special event we can provide a range of starters, mains and desserts that will compliment each other , alternatively we can design a menu for you and your guests. All Sit Down Meals include Waitress Service, Crockery and Cutlery, prices start from £26.95 per head. As outside caterers we can tailor menus to suit you, if you have a menu in mind then we would be happy to discuss this with you.

Marquees, Wedding Marquees and Marquees for Corporate Events

1st Class Cuisine are experts in marquee functions, from providing catering only functions at your marquee to supplying complete packages for marquee weddings and corporate events. 1st Class Cuisine can recommend a number of locations for marquees ranging from fields, landscaped gardens to Manor houses.

Wedding Marquees - We can supply marquees for garden weddings at your home or any location of your choice. Just contact us for a free no obligation site survey.

Marquee package - Marquee, Catering, reception drinks, wine, toast and evening bar. Complete event management included, giving you a single point of contact. For more details please see our Marquee Package.

Corporate Marquees - Fun days, Product launches, Open days, Christmas parties and more. 1st Class Cuisine supplies catering, marquees and mobile bars for corporate events, providing a single point of contact and managing the function from start to finish. Cookery School

Cookery Classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Tuition in small groups, all food and equipment provided. Range of food courses / cookery lessons available. BBQ's and Crepe Bar

High quality BBQ available to make your event a success, includes all catering staff and equipment, available for afternoon or evening functions.
New for 2012 - Crepe Bar / Pancake Party, Savoury and sweet pancakes freshly made to order, ideal if your planing a children's party.

Dinner Parties

Let 1st Class Cuisine cater for your dinner party, 1st Class will provide a Chef with over 20 years experience, thus allowing you to relax and spend time with your guests. Waiter service, Crockery & Cutlery is included and we’ll even do the washing up !

Funeral Catering

Personal discrete full service funeral catering from our experienced and friendly staff. We offer two Funeral buffets, both include unlimited tea and coffee refills, other options available including afternoon tea.

Finger Buffets

Buffet menus prices start at £9.95 per head and include delivery and set up , additional buffet items can be added or we can provide a buffet of your choice.

Food and Wine Tasting Evening

Come and try a selection of canapés, starters, mains, desserts and wines. The evening is open to anyone thinking of booking 1st Class Cuisine for an event. We charge a nominal fee of £20 per head for the tasting, we will refund the charge for up to two people from your final balance when you book. Please email or call to check we have date availability for your function before booking a tasting session, we can then also provide you with a free no obligation quote. Places are limited and can be booked via our online shop or by calling 0845 8388865, next evening is the 3rd of April.

We have just launched our new 2 and 3 course menus, still made using the finest ingredients, now offering more choice, we have also improved the format making it easier to find the right choice, prices held for 2012. Please see sit down menus for more details. As outside caterers we can cater for most tastes, if you have your own menu ideals we would be happy to discuss these with you.
