Pay Bar

Pay bar - Guests pay for their own drinks, see price list below. No set up fees or charges, includes licence. Pay bar requires at least 12 working days to obtain a Temporary event licence unless the venue has an alcohol licence in place. Also some venues have a limited amount of licences a year , village halls for example are normally allowed just 12 a year. Although you can leave it till the last minute it pays to book as early as possible to ensure the licence is in place, please bear this in mind when planning events. Pre Paid Bar

An amount is prepaid into the bar, drinks are then free to guests until this amount is spent. Once the pre paid amount has been spent the bar will then revert to a pay bar which will require a Temporary event licence (see pay bar)

Open Bar

£25 per head includes all drinks, all Bar equipment and Staff. No licence required as the drinks are pre paid

Dry Hire

Dry hire of bar equipment and staffing, (all drinks supplied by customer). Price will vary on amount of bar equipment, glassware and staffing required, please email for a quote.
