TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At the time of enquiry we will hold the date for seven days unless another arrangement has been made.

If you are happy with your selection and would like to make a booking, please telephone to arrange a meeting.

All bookings agreed by conversation must be confirmed with a deposit within seven days unless otherwise arranged.

The prices on this web site are valid for venues within 30 miles of Northampton NN3 8RT. A surcharge of £10 a mile will be applied to cover additional travelling and staff costs associated with any extra distance. If applicable, the mileage to the venue Post Code will be as calculated by the Mulitimap.

A minimum deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking for any of the menus. Cake orders will require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering.

The total fee (less deposit) is required 28 days before the function.

All payments are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing from the customer.

The payment is accepted by Cash, Credit Card or Cheque.
