Marquees can provide you the customer with the ideal venue, you get to choose the time and place of your event and also the size of the venue, they can be customised to suit any style and will avoid the need to spend your weekends looking for that special venue, only to find its booked.

However the are several considerations which have to be taken into account when hiring a Marquee as opposed to say a hall. Firstly you will need to find somewhere to site it, then organise power, water and restrooms for your guests, oh and there’s the small matter of feeding several hundred people. Preparing a three course meal in the middle of a field will always present challenges to any Caterer and here at 1st Class Cuisine we are more than able to raise to this challenge.

Marquees do involve more work for the Caterer and require the use of extra equipment,  therefore we do make additional changes for the equipment & extra staff, the average charge for a Mobile Kitchen is less than £500, amount will vary according to the menu , the amount of guests and the availability of running water.
