Thank you so much for running the bar at my 40th Birthday Party, you were very friendly and professional, everyone said they had a fabulous time. I knew from the first telephone conversation that I would book your company, as you were very easy to talk to and I knew it would all run perfectly.

Arthur and Theresa recently catered for our wedding. To say they catered really does not do them justice; providin g everything from the marquee to the furniture, DJ and food itself, they were an absolute pleasure to work with, and really did us all proud. They indulged our slightly unusual requests for food and catering arrangements with real grace, we felt as if they knew precisely where we were coming from throughout, and were keen to make our day really special.
From the outset, their calm and professional manner removed the stress of wedding planning, leaving myself (and my Mum!) free to enjoy the pleasures of dress shopping and arranging the smaller additions. We can't praise them enough - little things such as answering e-mail queries at amazing speed, along with the friendly and personable nature of their entire team, made arranging the wedding far less stressful, and allowed it to be the pleasure it should be.
The day itself was run with truly professional ease - our guests were all quick to comment on the beautiful marquee and table settings, as well as remarking that the staff were all "really, really lovely"; someone even mentioned that they'd gladly have them as guests at their own wedding!
In short, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any function. My new husband recently joked he'd use First Class Cuisine for his next wedding - and got a slap!

Dear Arthur and Theresa
We just wanted to say a thank you so much for helping to make our day so special. The marquee looked great, the DJ was a great recommendation, but most of all the food was raved about!
Everyone commented on how great the day was and this was largely down to you guys. I know it was difficult trying to meet each other, given we were in London, you were in Milton Keynes and the wedding was in Oxford, but you made it so easy to leave it to you and trust in your experience and understanding of what we wanted.
We will definitely recommend you to all our friends for any catering needs within your area and we hope we can use your services again (perhaps for our 10th wedding anniversary?!)

Sorry for only getting back to you in the new year but my husband & I would like to say thank you so much to all your team hard work on our big day. The Hog Tasted beautiful and the other dishes were just as good, we did not have one guest go home hungry but we did have a couple who couldn't move from eating so much. Your Team were so lovely to meet and all had smiles on their faces all day which were great to have around us. I also wish to compliment the way in which you served the food as it all looked first class.
I will strongly recommend you to friends in Milton Keynes for their own up and coming weddings and parties.

Hi Arthur and Theresa,
Stefanie and I just wanted to thank you both (and your team) for the wonderful food and service you gave us on our wedding day. Although all of the courses were absolutely spot on, the beef wellington was our particular favourite. It was cooked just right.
The catering obviously forms a major part of a wedding day, so we were delighted to hear that all of our guests were equally impressed with the food. Many thanks for organising the 'doggy bag' for my grandparents, who unfortunately weren't able to attend the reception.
Arthur - you are the epitome of calmness on front of house duties, helping to keep the day flowing to plan and to time.
Theresa - you are an outstanding chef and served up a delicious three-course meal just as good as the 'taster' menu we tried at your house a few months before the wedding.
All the best for the future. Hope 1st Class Cuisine continues to go from strength to strength.

We have received many comments on the excellent meal you prepared for us on our Golden Wedding Anniversary. The celebration at Church on the next day also went very well and I think you may be interested to hear that the total donations in lieu of presents amounted to £685 (for the Air Ambulance Service). All added up to make a very special weekend.

What can we say ?........You were absolutely superb and we had such a fantastic time and have both agreed that our wedding day was most definitely the best day of our lives and we would not have changed a single thing ! The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. You were truly professional and clearly cared so much about exactly what we had wished for in the way of our wedding breakfast menu. I have been known to worry about things , far too much on occasions according to my friends and family !!, but I knew the second I saw and spoke with you Saturday morning I could just go and relax and not give another thought to the catering ! Matt, My Mum and I were very confident that we had chosen an excellent choice of caterers especially as each time we met you were so keen to ensure you knew exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble and not to mention the fact that you are also two very genuine lovely people. I am sure you will understand that Matt and I just wanted to make our wedding day as perfect as possible and we want you to know that you played an enormous part in making it just that. There is no doubt at all that we will be recommending you to all of our friends !
